Meditation helps you to change the way you look at life and provide you piece of mind and happiness. If you are feeling tired or stressed then you should try to concentrate for a small time. People who meditate daily their brain work more concentrated and they have better health. And people who do not do meditation they have more stress. If you do meditation daily than you will have a positive inside you. No matter you work hard for the whole day or you don't have energy for the remaining hours but if you meditate daily then you will not feel tired.
Once you start practicing meditation than you will feel the increase in energy and more strength inside you. So, I have put meditation at the first place in changing our life.

I have put drinking water at the second place has it is the necessary thing according to me in changing and improving your life. If you are male then you should drink for litres of water and if you are a female than you should drink 3 litres of water daily. However it also depend on the temperature where you live and also there are other environmental factors but most of the time for a normal person you should drink is much of water. You should start your day by drinking one or two glass of water. I see many people who always forget to drink water and the face many weaknesses and diseases. Most of the time people who do not drink in a quarter they get yellow urine and sometimes it gets pain also while you urinating. If you drink water daily then your skin will be very healthy and it looks shiny. Drinking enough water will help you to deal with the issues like constipation.
3. Exercise (Healthy daily habits) -needyfans
If you really want to improve your life then you should start exercising. Now a days people are spending more time on their screen. They have forgot the idea of walking outdoors or playing some games which involves physical activity. They just want to sit next to the PlayStation or just want to spend their time in mobile watching reels or scrolling. However if you want to change your life then you should do exercise daily for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Exercise is very essential to make you more happy and reduce your stress. Doing exercise daily improve the life of your mind and it makes you more happy. If you exercise daily than you will have more strength and it boost your confidence also. If you do exercise daily than it helps you to deal with insomnia. It also decreases the risk of heart attack and if you are having diabetes then it also deals with it.
Nowadays people are eating junk foods and pact items that are full of diseases. If you do not do exercise then you will become overweight and that will bring you many more diseases which you cannot even think of. You should get up at 4:00 a.m. and then start your day with exercise or stretching. However you should not forget to get fresh up or the things before going to exercise. If you do exercise in morning then your body will feel more better because our body is in fresh stage when we get up.

You will think that gratitude should not be in the list of improving our lives but let me tell you that showing gratitude to someone is also an essential part to improve your life. You should show gratitude to the person who has done something better for you or for the society. You should write a letter or a WhatsApp message to someone who has made you smile or give you something that changed into happiness. You should meet people who have helped you in any mean and show some gratitude towards them that will help you to increase more positive energy inside you.
You should also show that gratitude towards your girlfriend or wife or your parents to give you help or for the parents to give you birth and all the bringing which they have provided you. If someone has gifted you something then you should not forget to say thank you and enjoy the feeling of that person for the particular gift. If you show gratitude to everyone then it will decrease the chances of you to get stressed and over thinking. Over thinking now a days has become a challenge to deal with. If you show gratitude to someone then it is scientifically proven that it increases our inner peace and give us inner satisfaction.

In the list of habits that are helpful in improving our life healthy diet is in our 5th place. By following a healthy diet you can improve your heart cycle and also you can control your weight. If you eat healthy diet Delhi then it is also helpful in making you happy. It gives you a good energy and strength. If you want to deal with any type of disease than you can take a healthy diet. When you follow a healthy diet then it also helps you to deal with your digestive issues. Eating healthy will give you calcium and other minerals that make your bones and teeth strong.
A healthy diet should include fruits and vegetables that are seasonable. You should eat 5 to 6 times fruits and vegetables. You should also include whole multigrain, pulses in your diet for protein you can take eggs, meat, fish, dairy products. You should not eat junk food rather you should eat food which is prepared in your kitchen. Eat food which are full of fibre that will help you to deal with the digestion issues.

Learning something new makes your life better. A person will be more developed and more knowledgeable who has more desire to learn. Learning new things is very essential for human being. It increases our skills knowledge and better understanding that help us in every aspect of our life. To learn something new you should make a list and then start going with the titles. You should choose one skill that you are Learning in the near future and go with your full hard work and concentration. When you complete this task then you should choose another goal and by following this way your interest will also start to grow in many other things. This will help you in making your life better. Learning new things increase your personal growth and it also make your life positive.
In learning something new you should include the things according to your situation Example for a person like me should learn the ways to earn money as my family is dependent on me full stop if your family is not depending on you then you should concentrate on learning other skills or other courses.

Self care is very essential for this generation and for the future generations also. If you know how to care yourself then you are the worthy person in your life if you want to do self care then you should include some activity in your life. Activities like walking daily this will help you reduce your stress. You should groom yourself daily as grooming help you to increase your confidence. If you are going in college or studying in any university then you should look at your face and make it more representable whether you are of any colours but you should clean yourself properly. You should follow complete hygiene and take bath daily.
You should brush your teeth daily and also wash your clothes properly and we are only clean clothes. If you are talking to someone then look into the eyes of the second person you should not look down side or towards the foot of the next person. You should listen to the music what ever music you like, you should take proper sleep or you should eat healthy and good night. If you like to watch movie for a day then you should watch it, you should clean your brush and trim your nails properly and within the time limit. You should clean your hands before eating anything and sleep on time and wake up early.

There are some habits which are included in basic habits and we can make our life better when we follow these basic habits. Our first basic habit is you should not do smoking. If you are a smoker then you are not going to quit it but let me tell you something. One of my colleague used to smoke cigarettes. Now he is no more as it was a blood cancer case. I do not smoke and I have never smoked. Let me tell you how I feel when I never smoked. I decided not to smoke because my father used to smoke and drink and suddenly he died. This thing taught me that smoking is injurious. The second thing which I learnt that there is nothing in smoking as there is a smoke which goes inside your body and you just smoke out. I don't find anything great inside it so I do not smoke. People who smoke should also quit this smoking.
You should also make relationship with people who have positive mind sets. Positive people give you boost in your life and careers if you connect with positive persons always then they will make your life better than before.
You should always do physical activities. Physical activities like playing football, cricket or any other game that involves physical working you should always play that game.
Improve your body posture if you have a bad body posture and having problems like pain in your spine or any other disease than you should start working on it. You should make your posture good and improve your health cycle.
9. Limiting Screentime (Self-care habits for every day) -needyfans
Now it is I am looking at people they always work on their screen. They always move your fingers either on their smartphone or any other screen. People are working all the day and just scrolling over the mobile. Looking all the time on the screen is making people blind and giving a short time attention. Content like short videos are decreasing our concentration. This is ruining the future generation of our children. Children who study in school or college they are having less concentration and mind power as they spend most of their time on mobile screen.
To limit your screen time some of the methods you can follow:
You should start spending your time with your family. You always talk to your parents for your siblings and you can play games outside with your friends.
You should stay away from the apps which are not useful in your life if you are a student then you should stay away from the apps which are not useful in your studies.
Go on trips with your family. You should plan your day and your month so that you can may good connections with your family and control your time.
If you are looking at the screen for the whole time or your work includes working over the screen then you should take a break every 30 minutes and you should walk or do some physical activity so that your eyes can get rest.
Do not use mobile in the night time when you are lying on the bed. Now a days it has become a habit of us to use mobile when we are just lying on the bed or trying to sleep. You should not use your mobile before sleeping as it can give you severe headache and pain in your eyes.
10. Avoid Stress and Overthinking (Life-changing daily routines) -needyfans
You should avoid your stress and over thinking. People are spending more time on there mobile screens watching mobiles or reels that are ruining their lives as they make people sick. When you spend more time on your mobile then it increases your stress and over thinking. Most of the people look celebrities and people who are richer than them inside the mobile. This makes people more sick and this leads to over thinking. To reduce the stress you should do some physical activity.
If you feel stressed then you should start listening to your favourite music as music help us in reducing the stress.
Doing any physical activity also helps us to release and endorphins that are helpful in making our mood better walking to small distance also help us to reduce our stress and stop our overthinking.
Doing yoga daily is also helpful in avoiding the stress. Yoga is good for our physical and mental discipline. Yoga help us to give as mental peace and give us a good sleep.
If you feel stress then you should keep yourself busy in the friends and family. You should make your social network strong so that you have many people to talk and this will help you to reduce your stress.
You should not feel demotivate when it comes to take help from others. Many times we want to take help from another person but our thinking keep us as a side. When you sleep you should drink luke warm milk before sleeping.
