Health consequences of being overweight 

Hello my friends I am 25 years old and my height is 6 feet and I was having weight 102 kgs. So today I am going to tell you what health consequences I face and I will add some more consequences which other over overweight persons may get. My friends this is my true experience which I am going to share with you. I may not be talking things written on articles available on internet. I will relate it with myself only and I will speak truth only.

Today we will also discuss about how can we control our weight and becomes slim. We will also talk about the reasons for getting overweight and this is my own experience how did I gain that much weight. So let us discuss about the consequences reasons and the solutions to cut the weight.


First of all we will see the consequences of being overweight:

1. Feeling Tired all day and Sleepy:

When a person is over weighted I must say he feels tired all the day and he want to sleep for the whole time. He do not want to do any job. He also gets problems related to Eyes has looking in the screen to feel not to be bored.

2. Bad Shape of body:

When I was having 82 weight I look very shaved and having a good shape. But when I become over weighted my tummy was bulging out and I got too much fat on my chest and it looks like having big chest male boobs. It looks like a girl is going somewhere. If I were not had the moustaches and the beard nobody could say that I am a guy.

3. Difficulty in doing physical works:

When you become overweight it is very difficult to do physical works. Physical activities like running after a thief or playing Sports like racing and doing jumping. These type of activities you cannot be done easily and people start taunting you that you cannot do anything.

4. Physical Strength weaken:

When you become overweight your physical strength also goes down as we are unable to do exercise which strength our muscles and make a stronger. Overweight person like to eat for the whole day they do not like to do any thing related to their health and fitness.

5. Cardiovascular diseases:

Overweight comes with the diseases like cardiovascular diseases. Overweight put pressure on heart and when we have more fat inside our body it shrink our blood vessels. This prevents blood flow routine and heart has to work hard to pump the blood. This activity sometimes lead to coronary health diseases or may be heart attack. 

6. Respiratory Problems:

Having Overweight persons most of the time have problem in taking breath. Overweight sometimes Stops our breathing and it effects our sleeping cycle and our lungs has got so much pressure by overweight this can lead to problems like Asthma.

7. Weak bones and Joints:

Overweight persons get weak bones and joints. Having more weight puts pressure on our bones and joints specially on our spinal cord and due to this we get a problem like Arthritis. Overweight weakens our bones and give us permanent pain in spinal cord and pain in our back.

8. Digestive problems:

People having overweight are very much facing digestive issues. When they eat food after they eat more food and due to the cycle we get fatty liver disease. We get fatty liver disease when our liver goes so much fat inside it and fatty liver leads to many diseases like gallstone.

9. Immune System problems:

When you got overweight you face so many problems related to your immune system. Increase in weight make your immune system weak. Weak immune system Got problems like sickness and many other infection.

10. Impact on Quality of Life:

This is the most important point which we cannot miss. Overweight affect our quality of life. Your daily routine gets affected with overweight you cannot take part in fitness activities, walking and it also affects during any visit or journey. Overweight can also lead to getting so many medical bills to cut your weight which leads to increase our own expenses and it affects our economic conditions.

How to Prevent Overweight and live a healthy life:

It is very important to control your weight and if you are facing or Overweight issues you can follow some steps and get control over your increase weight.

1. Take balanced diet:

To control your weight and make yourself healthy you should take this balance diet. 

Balanced diet refers to the food for the diet which has all the nutrients which are required by our body. Balanced diet make our body healthy and make it functionable. Let's see the foods.

You should eat carbohydrate in balanced diet. Carbohydrates like rice, wheat, millet these type of foods provide energy to our body and they control our metabolism and provides energy to our mind. Eating whole grain provides us fibre also which help us to digest our food.

Next thing that balanced diet refers to is protein. In protein we can eat pulses, eggs, meat, fish, nuts Soya and dairy products. Protein provides energy to our muscles and glows our skin. Protein makes broken tissues in our body and increase our metabolism.

Fats in balance diet are almonds, Walnuts, fish oil, coconut oil, avocado are the good sources of fat. Fat is also a source of energy and it provides protection to our body and it absorbs the vitamins like A, D, E, K. Good fat are beneficial for our heart. 

Vitamins are the main part of Balanced diet. Vitamins provide control of body in working. There are five vitamins and they all have different work. Vitamin A, vitamin B, Vitamin C and Vitamin D all are having their different jobs. 

  • Vitamin A protects the sight of our eyes.
  • Vitamin B products us from having weak bones.
  • Vitamin C provides energy and protect our teeth and gums.
  • Vitamin D makes our bones strong.

Next diet that comes in balanced diet is mineral. Minerals are very important for our body. They make our bones strong and they control our Heartbeat and provide oxygen to our blood. Minerals are found in green leafy vegetables meet eggs fish and whole multigrain.

Fibres are also part of Balanced diet. Fibres help us in digestion. With the help of fibres we digest our food and excrete our wastage. Fibres are found in whole multigrain, fruit, vegetables beans. If you regularly take fibre in your food you can get away the diseases like constipation and if your digestion is not working properly you should take fiber.

2. Doing Physical activities 

If you are having so much weight you should do regular exercise. You should run for 30 minutes. If you cannot Run you can walk for one hour daily. You can give 1 hour daily to your body and you will get healthy as soon as possible. Overweight can stop you for some day but if you go regularly in running or doing yoga. You can cut your weight easily. If you are feeling lazy as I was feeling you can start playing any game. For example I started playing football.

When I start playing football. I got interest in that game and I played continuously for 6 months. Football is a game which I like to play you may choose any game. When I stop playing football my weight was 78 kg from 102 kgs. In the same way you can follow any game because playing games are also good for our mental health. We meet with our friends daily while playing we don't get any kind of boredom. We play in flow and I lost so much weight without even knowing when did we cut this much weight.

3. Sleeping Cycle:

Friends we should not sleep for hours and hours in a day and this can be vice versa also we should not be awaken all the time. Friends sleeping is very necessary for living a healthy life for any human being.

Overweight leads to more sleep. In my case I used to sleep whole day and feeling tired for the whole day. I like to watch TV in free time or using mobile. And when I got tired by looking at the screen I like to sleep. When I got up I feel very hungry and I eat again. When I eat again I feel very sleepy I sleep again.

If you want to cut your weight you have to wake up early and go to gym or by walking you may make a Priority that you go to exercise whether it is walking or playing some game.

After coming from playing for walking you will not sleep again for the whole day except in the night. You eat salads over healthy breakfast you may add sprouts in your breakfast which helps us to cut weight.

4. Lemon

Lemon is very useful to cut your weight. For Overweight persons lemon is like heaven. When you wake up early you go to fresh yourself and then you drink one lemon in lukewarm water and you go to play. After coming from playing or doing exercise you drink one more lemon by the same method putting it into the lukewarm water. It will cut the extra fat inside your body. Lemon helps to cut fat very much.

5. Take less Rest in Bed

Nowadays people are getting overweight due to the activities they are performing. Most of the people like to sleep all over the day in the bed. In the ancient times where no mobiles for their or no resources to pass their time they used to involve in physical activities like playing physical games or anything related to involvement of physical activities but now many people are spending most of the time in bed relaxing all the time and sleeping. People like to sleep all the day and like to eat in a few time or few hours. They want more and more food and want to lay in the bed all the time. Due to the activity people are getting overweighted and also they are having weak bones then earlier ones. Now it is mobile versus human but earlier it was human versus human and environment of playing all the time.


Conclusion:

Overweight leads to getting many negative consequences you may get heart disease, digestive problems, mental health problems and it may affect the quality of life. By following healthy lifestyle and taking care of your weight by doing regular exercise, eating balance diet you can make your life better. You can save yourself from the diseases which can be created by overweight.
