But if you take protein after workout then it can easily digest in your body. As our body is already tired and we have lost a lot of electrolytes and energy from our body so it can be easily digestible. That protein works for a long time and give you proper result. For example if you are going to train yourself or going to gym in the morning time then you first start your day with eating banana or taking glucose in your pre workout. 

You do exercise or do physical training or it may be gym also. Then you take proper amount of protein and that will result you a better physic. There are many sources who are saying that it does not matter that you can drink protein before workout also but I do not agree with them. This is my own experience and on the behalf of that experience I am telling you.

How important is it to take protein shake when working out or physical training? 

As when you do workout or physical training you lose a lot of energy and electrolytes from your body to recover your muscles and repair them fast you should take protein. However it is not essential to take protein directly. You can take protein from other sources also like you can eat eggs. It is good to take protein shake when you do any kind of physical activity because it can reduce your muscle growth if you do not take any protein. 

If you are having a vision of making your muscle strong then you should take care of the things which you are eating you should be aware that they are reach in protein. It does not matter that you are a vegetarian or non vegetarian you should take protein in a good limit you can eat foods like eggs, fish, dairy products as they are having great amount of protein inside them.

How much amount of protein one should take? 

When it comes to the amount of protein one should take generally it is advisable that 0.8 gram of protein should be given per kilogram of person. If you are having 8 kilogram of weight inside your body then you should eat 6.4 grams of protein you can do it yourself. 

You calculate your weight and then you can multiply that wait from 0.8 then you will get the amount of protein which you should take. However if you do hard work or any hard exercise than it may be flexible also people who spend one or two hour of exercise daily than they should take that much amount. 

You should not eat more protein powder provided according to your body weight. If you do then it gets stored inside your body as body fat and you will get weight gain.

Why it is recommended that you should drink a protein shake within 30 minutes of workout or training?

This idea was popularised by Arnold schwarzenegger. However it is a meth that you should take protein powder within 30 minutes of workout. You can take protein powder after 2 hours also however it is beneficial for our health and body if you take protein as early as possible. It increases our body fuel and that will leave us more supplement inside our body and help us to reach our daily protein intake. 

However you should not eat something which is not easily digestive as it may create nausea and vomiting. So you can take protein after workout or you may take it before workout also but you should not take it during your workout. 

Is eating more amount of protein healthy?

Eating more amount of protein does not make you more powerful. If you are one of the people who thinks that if you eat more protein then it will make your body more strong you should be aware that taking more protein can affect your body in a negative way. By taking more protein it can be stored inside your body as a fat. 

Taking more protein will give you more calories that can create some respiratory problems inside your body. Rather than taking more amount of protein you should focus on heating the diet that can be a balanced diet for you it makes you healthy and makes your muscles strong.
